Muse Body Sculpting Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We at Muse Body Sculpting hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy. Unless otherwise stated, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will require the full amount for the scheduled total. Upon the 3rd instance of a late cancellation or “no show,” you will be required to pre-pay for appointments.

Deposits

 Muse Body Sculpting is primarily a “by appointment” business; therefore, last-minute cancellations can greatly impact our business and that of our Specialists. Because of this, deposits are required on parties and multiple services. Deposits can be cash or credit card, and the amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments.

Treatments and No refund policy

A deposit of 50% of the total service is required for any package or multiple appointments. All packages and multiple services require 48-hour notice for cancellation or reschedule. No refunds are given on cancellations with less than 48-hour notice. Advance notice will be acceptable to reschedule the appointment. Refunds are given upon medical discussions immediately within 1-3 business days in relation to the client. Furthermore we do not offer refunds.
